#a_Pavia_si_sta_bene: didattica, ricerca, sport e tempo libero.
The University of Pavia is an international campus and one of the founders of the EC2U European Alliance (European Campus of City-Universities).
Born in 1361 in the historic city of Pavia, it is one of the oldest academic institutions in Italy.
We are part of the DBB “Department of Biology and Biotechnology " in the scientific campus of the University of Pavia, in Italy.
Our department unites a diverse range of researchers working on various aspects of biology, including zoology, population genetics, microbiology, structural biology and many more. The department is a stimulating environment for collaboration, networking and education.
The Insects Symbionts lab is a recent addition to the Department and it is part of the Zoology team, together with the Bonizzoni Team, the ZooE Lab and the lab of Insect Evolutionary Biology.
